This unit will keep your food perfectly hot throughout your party or event. Comes complete with pans available in various arrangements.
Note the picture is showing the unit complete with 6 x 1/2 size pans. We can fit our bain maries with either 3 x full size pans, 6 x 1/2 size pans or a combination of either.
The unit comes complete in a transport box with dimensions 102 x 58 x 33 cm.
Bain Maries require an high load, uninterupted power supply, so do not run these units on long extension leads or any leads if possible. If you do need to run the Bain Marie on an extension lead make it as heavy duty as possible, as short as possible and no longer than 15m. Do not run a Bain Marie on a power board with any other equipment.
