Versatile toilet option where there is access to a direct sewer connection or a septic system.  A very cost effective alternative for upper levels on high rise developments where bringing chemical toilets down for emptying is not viable, or for domestic building blocks where the toilet can be connected for the time of the build directly into the sewer with a temporary connection.
